Reporting Reminder – Due May 31/June 1, 2015
News posted on May 19, 2015This message is a reminder of the approaching reporting deadline of May 31, 2015. As May 31 falls on a Sunday, you can submit your report on June 1.
You may file and submit your report(s) by logging on to our WeRecycle reporting portal. If you have already submitted your report(s), please disregard this notice.
Has Your Primary Contact Changed?
Stewards wishing to change their company’s primary contact information for any CSSA-related program need to submit a Primary Contact Change Form. You can access the form here.
Need to reset your PASSWORD?
Click on the get support icon on the WeRecycle Portal log-in screen. You can access the portal here.
Have you misplaced your USER ID?
Send an email to with the subject line: “REQUESTING USER ID SUPPORT”. Please include your Steward Number in all emails.
Please note during peak reporting times, when volumes of steward calls are high, you may get our voicemail. Any urgent messages will be responded to as soon as possible; for other calls and emails it may take us up to two days to manage your enquiries. We appreciate your understanding.
